Plant Eaters vs Meat Eaters

Researchers has shown that vegetarians consume higher amounts of fiber, folic, acid, vitamins C and E, magnesium, unsaturated fat and countless phytochemicals. The benefits from it are lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, reduced risk of heart disease, low risk of diabetes and weight loss. However, vegetarians have a greater risk of nutrient deficiency, because plant base food lacks much needed nutrients such as, vitamin B12, Protein, Iron, Zinc, calcium ,vitamin D and riboflavin. You should consult your physician before starting any kind of diet. Ask your dietician for a guideline with foods that have these nutrients.

Flesh meat is not the original plan God provided as a diet for man. Flesh meat is not necessary for health or strength. The meat we're eating in this day and time, are becoming diseased, and our entire system are becoming gross and corrupted, it's slowly killing us. There is no evidence that it's hurting us, because there is no immediate effect. The flesh meat we are eating, causes inflammation preparing to take on disease. Animals are becoming so diseased, yet they are killed, and brought to market. We take it directly into our system poison of the worst kind, and we don't even know it. Cancers and other diseases, are caused by eating meat. Many are passed on to the market, when they should have been rejected.

Because some meat is so largely diseased, it's leading me to make every effort, to not eat flesh meat, and get in the habit of eating plant based foods, which is God's orginal plan. Remember Daniel and his three friends Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego in the Bible, who refused to eat and defiled themselves with the royal food that consist of meat and wine. It was very clear that Daniel and his friends where vegetarians. Daniel asked the chief official for permission not to defile himself this way, so Daniel asked for permission to be tested for ten days, to give them nothing but vegetables to eat and water to drink. The chief official agreed. At the end of the ten days, they looked healthier and well nourished better than any of the young men who ate the royal food.

In closing, meat is very delicious and very addicted, but it's slowly killing us. It's going to be hard to make the transition from meat eating to plant eating. You just take it one day at a time. It's very important, that you include all the necessary nutrients, needed to replace the nutrients

that meat have, such as protein, iron , B12, zinc, calcium, Vitamin D and riboflavin. If you do it the healthy way ,you will be on your way to living a much healthier lifestyle.
